Il faut dire que le Pepperoni est une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de saucisson d&rsquo;origne nord am\u00e9ricaine. M\u00e9lange de porc s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et de boeuf, le tout assaisonn\u00e9 au Paprika et autres piments doux. Notre pepperoni est doux, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fum\u00e9 et piment\u00e9. Nous avons ajout\u00e9 sur notre recette, du piment frais \u00ab\u00a0Corne de Boeuf\u00a0\u00bb pour ajouter un peu de piquant \u00e0 notre recette.
